Personal Record Keeping |

|
One of the vital areas of training is record keeping. Accurate records provide a reference that can plot progress and also indicate trends, good and bad! The type of records kept are limited only by the shooter’s imagination. Here are some examples: Training scores by station Competition scores by station Dry training performances Technical information Coaching adjustments Coping with adverse weather conditions Equipment preferences Gun fit measurements |

Over time, using the gathered information, the shooter can create an excellent personal training manual, a very useful reference tool. Organising it can create a problem but there are computer programmes that make it all pretty simple. |
